SaffronStays Lake House Bouganvillea, Nashik -villa with great lake views and patio dining

Tucked away in a well-maintained property, this is the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. The property is surrounded by stunning views that add to its charm. The staff members are exceptionally friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with any request. The restaurant's food is a true highlight, ranging from satisfying breakfasts to delightful dinners and even a lovely high tea. The kitchen staff's friendly service adds an extra layer of warmth to the dining experience.

While our stay was enjoyable, the Wi-Fi presented a minor inconvenience as it occasionally proved to be unreliable. This was particularly concerning for us, as some of our group had work commitments to attend to during our visit. It's worth noting that the property's location, while offering a peaceful retreat, is situated quite a distance from the city center. This resulted in a slight challenge when it came to arranging taxis for transportation. However, we were fortunate to have Shubham from the property lend a hand and assisted us in arranging taxis.

Hidden gem for nature lovers. Loved the surrounding environment. Property was nice to walk around. Truly fantastic when it's drizzling. Wifi was nice in case you need it.

1. Hot water was not readily available. Had to call and wait about 10 mins to half hour for hot water. 2. Pool wasn't cleaned regularly or it became dirty and filled with insects frequently. 3. Don't have separate kitchens for Vegetarian and otherwise. A downside only for some groups.

Lovely and quiet location, clean and spacious rooms, warm, responsive and eager-to-please staff and very good food. They went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

Would have expected breakfast to be included for the price we paid.

Beware of misleading information and poor staffing at Lake House Bouganvillea My recent stay at the Lake House Bouganvillea was an absolute disaster. The resort claimed to be an independent bungalow, but in reality, it is a multi-room resort with minimum staff and poor management. I booked this resort for a private getaway with my family, hoping to enjoy the peace and quiet of a private bungalow. However, upon arrival, I was disappointed to find that the resort had multiple rooms with other guests. The website and advertisements are misleading, and it's not the private bungalow I had in mind. Furthermore, the resort was terribly understaffed, with only a couple of employees on site. The staff was unable to keep up with the required services and maintain the resort's facilities. As a result, the room was not adequately cleaned, the food was subpar, and any requests went unresolved for extended periods. Overall, my experience at Lake House Bouganvillea was terrible, and I wouldn't recommend this resort to anyone. The misleading information given on their website and advertisements is unacceptable. The resort is understaffed, not well managed, and the facilities are not maintained up to a guest's expectations. It's a massive letdown to our family and a waste of our hard-earned money. I hope this review serves as a warning to any prospective guests and motivates the management at Lake House Bouganvillea to address these significant issues and improve both their advertising practices and staffing immediately.

Everything was exceptional! The property is very new and recently opened so everything was in top condition. I really loved the way the property is built. It's very well thought and even the tiniest details are taken into consideration. The central lawn/ garden is beautiful and it leads to the lake with grape plantations. The view is spectacular and it is so airy that there is no need of air conditioning. I'm really happy booking this place! The staff are so courteous and kind. Especially special thanks to the kitchen staff for their warm hospitality. Each and every member were kind and generous. Thank you to the very kind owner who was also staying at the property. Thanks for taking the time out to ask us for feedback and improvements.

The only thing that would be nice is having proper directions on the approach road. And the approach road itself is not built at all, so at first you wouldn't understand if that's the actual way to the property. But again, I think this is not something that the property is responsible for and must be done by the local civic body.

Very natural construction, a lot of wood and stine uses. The view if the lake is outstanding.
