Nongsa Village Peaceful Villa in private beach Resort

mosquitoes, too open, dark outside (lack of lighting when night)

everything was great about the villa, the owner is very nice and helpful, everything was very very great except the lady at receptionist and the rules that say we cant use the pool at night, which is when we came last year, its not a problem

im sorry for my bad english and grammar. The lady at the receptionist, maybe she can improve her service, i think she didn't answer my phone on purpose, because i have to walk to the receptionist just to ask for our buggy key, and when i talk to her, someone called to the receptionist and she pick up the call, i called her not one time, i called for many times and she didnt pick up, same case when we want to checkout and asking for pick up from villa to receptionist, i have to go to the receptionist to tell that we need a pick up. and then the buggy problem, the villa owner already tell us that the buggy was free, i already show the lady my chat with the owner that name oliver, she didnt trust me and said that is not the owner who chat me via booking.com. my friend with disabled feet can't go to anywhere and we cant just leaver her alone. so we got stuck at the villa and cant go anywhere till night when the owner tell the receptionist to give us the buggy key. we lost our chance to see the sunset and go play at the beach and swimming pool because we cant swim at the pool when night. tomorow we have to checkout at 11.00 am which I think is too fast, theres no time to enjoy the resort facility again because we have to clean up all the stuff before checkout, last year when we come to this villa, we enjoy 100% all of the time because we dont get any problem like this but everything about the villa was great and amazing, still give the 10 score

It’s very quiet.

Villa is very far in. You need to walk around 10mins and it’s an uphill task as you need to go up and down hill. Reception close at 7pm. Front desk staff is not helpful.

Many. Not able to list out all here 1. I leant that shouldn’t book private villa 2. Information shared about internal transportation wasn’t sufficient And etc

The house was beautiful, quiet, peaceful, and nice to stay. Equipped well and spacious.

The house was far from the reception and you needed to call a car for transport to go any other place even for the breakfast venue. But the phone was not working and no phone number to contact. It was very difficult to go out from the house. I guess that is why the host recommended to rent a buggy. But the road inside the village is quite narrow and a lot of up and downhill. So I don't even want to try to drive there. Nongsa village is almost for residence. You have to go to the next resort for all the other facilities such as breakfast or spa. But all the resorts kindly provide transport to move around whenever you ask. There were loads of mosquitoes outside in the evening. We were just prey to them.
