Nongsa Village Peaceful Villa in private beach Resort

It's a villa on its own with beautiful greenery.

The aircon was really noisy.

All good but outdoor dining to the rest of the ground floor or L1 needs curtain.

Love the villa. It is well stocked ( except more pillows for the beds would have been nice ) Love the pool. Peaceful and nice ambience. Short ride from Ferry Terminal. We arranged for a BBQ night and the setting was perfect. Shoutout to the service crew that made it perfect.

Initial hiccup, power supply to the villa keep tripping. Since no aircon or fans could be turned on and it was midday, it was hot and stuffy. After about an hour, host switched us to another villa. The next day, the host offered to switch us back to the original villa (as it is a newer villa and better furnished) Slight hassle but we did not mind at all. At least the host was easy to reach and proactive in resolving the issue. Upon checkout, the charge for the BBQ setting was not right, I was overcharged and after showing proof of what was relayed to me as the cost of the BBQ, they relented and lowered the bill.

The scenery and environment. The villa is nice and clean, this includes the toilets. The staffs are very friendly and easy to ask for some activity arrangement.

Host was very helpful despite the hotel giving us a hard time.

The hotel staff was not very helpful and misinformed us on a few occations.

It is quite and relaxed. The villas are spacious and where you can find everything for cooking, living and relaxing. Has complimentary pickup and drop off to ferry terminal but you need to ask for it.

1. The resort doesn't provide you with toiletries if you do not book directly with them. We booked through Booking.com and were surprised, we had to go to Batam Center to get our stuff. Bring your own toiletries to avoid the hasell 2. On Booking.com there is an option to choose breakfast included stay, but the facility doesn't have any restaurant. Not sure how this option is available 3. The two nearby resorts provide free transportation (even though we were not staying there) to the other nearby resorts. However, this property will charge you 15K per person. It is better to use Grab which will cost you 15-17K 4. The dining table and chairs on the deck of Villa D74 are dirty and not comfortable. 5. Too many mosquitos & lizards in the house, make sure that you keep your stuff locked up

Super quiet place. Spacious house where you can find everything for cooking, living, relaxing and playing different games like badminton, golf etc. Highly recommend renting a golf car, because it is too far from other hotels where we went to the restaurants, beach and swimming pool. Oliver was always in touch and helped us with transfer
