En general, falta de limpieza, especialmente la cocina y uno de los cuartos de baño. Atención al cliente lenta y poco flexible; check-in con retraso, las claves para acceder fueron facilitadas con posterioridad a la hora de entrada. Zonas exteriores, salvo la piscina, bastante descuidadas.

superbe villa comme sur les photos, dans un cadre agréable et calme, très reposant. Piscine appréciée l'eau était à bonne température. Chambres spacieuses. Cuisine bien équipée avec juste ce qu'il faut.

The location is what this villa is all about. It is exceptional. The sea view while eating dinner on the terrace each night whilst listening to the birds was everything we hoped it would be and more.

The villa is very dated now and needs money spent on it. As an interior designer, it was frustrating to be able to see just how many really simple and relatively cheap things could be done to greatly improve it which in turn would mean the host could easily charge a lot more but nothing was enough to take away from the beautiful peaceful privacy. There was a power cut a couple of nights before we left. Not just the villa - the entire area was in darkness. At about 9.30pm I began to panic and contacted Roderick. He came out to us very late and bought candles/matches/lighter which was greatly received. Thankfully it all came back on about 10.30 so all was good 😊

The area was calm and peaceful. Be careful with the local regulations. The time when you are allowed to throw out your garbage or the time when you are allowed to go to the local beach. I beleive they want to keep things in order in the village which is done perfectly.

Even though the accommodation is in a beautiful location, spacious, and has a pool, it is unfortunately dirty and poorly maintained. The kitchen is greasy, the dishes were dirty (due to previous guests I beleive, but I do not care the real reason) and the range hood switch is covered in brown grease. The back room is musty, and you can’t air it out because there are no mosquito screens. While there were no mosquitos other animals (ie cats) could enter the room when you tried to vent out. Half of the electrical outlets don’t even work. The bathroom is moldy and unkempt. Do not expect any major cleaning prior to arrival. We found t-shirt from the previous guest on the floor which shows the level of cleaning executed. It doesn’t matter if the floor is marble when the walls are dirty and the curtains are stained. It was a bad experience, and I was just looking forward to moving to a proper hotel. Electricity went down a few times. When I tried to contact the emergency line only Spanish speaking people were available. Also it was my task to keep the water level in the pool as it was leaking. It was requested in the house rules. Seriously?

Upon arrival it was very easy to get in, using the code box. The villa has beautiful views, you can see the sea from the villa. the villa is very spacious. there is a comfortable seating area in the villa. nice comfy chairs outside near the pool.

Firstly, on the first night we had a power cut out of nowhere, making the villa absolutely pitch black, I immediately tried calling and messaging the host, but she did not reply, it took a half hour until we figured out how to get the power on. we asked for a heated pool for the duration of the stay for an additional price, but the pool was freezing cold, and we therefore could not use it as the weather was not warm. in the morning the shower had warm water, but by night the warm water did not work. In specification/details, villa marina stated that there are wall plugs near the beds, but in reality half the plugs in the whole place isn't working, in the master bedroom there are 2 plugs near the bed and some additional plugs around the room, but only one plug at the far end of the room was working. There was no heating in the villa, we were really cold, especially at night, we had a portable heater for warming the room but it didn't help much as we only had one working plug which was way too far to keep us warm, we had to switch between phones and devices... when we told the host that the plugs are not working, we were told that there is a fault somewhere which they have not figured out, therefore the plugs have been disconnected, but she has never received any complaint about that which was surprising. Every night when we returned to the villa, the master bedroom had a terrible smell (of sewage), the smell was coming from the ensuite. A VERY IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR THOSE WHO DO NOT DRIVE A CAR: This villa is not accessible without a car!!!!!! The garden downstairs is in very very bad shape....

A large villa with 3 rooms (1en suite). Staff constantly communicated via WhatsApp if we had questions. Easy to get in. Beautiful view but you need a car. Large car park in front of the villa. Heated pool, don't expect it to be very warm and it took a few days to heat it up to the point we were comfortable going in. Very clean and comfortable.

It's unbelievable that apparently due to covid regulations they didn't provide soap and bin bags. But there was an antibacterial hand gel on the table. The pillows could have been more comfortable.

Very spacious villa with very well equiped kitchen, large pool, nice grill and absolutely gorgeous view to mount Teide and sunset into ocean. We were family of 7 and spent 9 nights there and really enjoyed our stay.

The outdoor furniture has obviously seen a lot of guests and really needs replacement. Some of the chairs and sofa are falling apart. The garden is not being taken care of and looks abandoned.

Outstanding location, perfect for relaxation. Even with its shortcomings, it was worth it.

The garden and trees were poorly maintained. Maybe a cushion can be placed on the sunbeds. and some maintenance can be done inside the house. And no Swatter.
