Villa Marina

Great host, stunning volcano and ocean view, fabulous heated pool, large rooms, nice location

Need to take care of the garden, dirty baby chair, not enough cleanliness in the kitchen and toilets, bad plumbing, damaged outside furniture (lean carefully) outdated grill, plants should be cut at entrance on handicap sidewalk ( kids can be scratched), bad smell from sewage in master bedroom, no sockets in the master room for charging the phones,

Fabulous views and beautiful garden around the villa although the lower garden needs attention. Lovely heated clean pool Spacious living area. Lots of useful kitchen gadgets. The agent quickly arranged for a balcony door lock to be mended

The electric circuits fused if you used an oven and a heater. During a wet night the garden lighting flashed off and on constantly. The lighting in the kitchen was very poor There were no sockets in the master bedroom for recharging phones etc There was no shower curtain for the master bathroom which consequently flooded onto the floor Netflix is only available if you have your own account There are no toiletries in the bathrooms

The view, the pool, the interior ... everything was perfect

Everything is great, except for the 2 minuses listed below (If the owners fix those minuses, it could be rated 10 Points!)

- 1 : Very nice garden and yard plants (once there were...) It's a pity that the owners have abandoned them and don't take care of them properly! -2 : Unsustainable toilet plumbing
