Twamley Farm

Amazing place, small details that made our stay exceptional. Peaceful and beautiful!!

Location was great.

Twamley farm is a beautiful and peaceful place to stay. We stayed in the pod which is part of the area where there is the accommodation. You are by yourself, so it is still very private. It is a very clean and comfortable pod, with everything that you need, including a very well equipped kitchen, comfy bed and a clean ensuite. Fluffy towels and all amenities are provided. Breakfast is supplied as well as a coffee machine. We made use of the wood fired hot tub too; amazing experience as we drank wine and looked out over the gorgeous scenery. We made use of the dinners that you could buy and choose from which were very tasty and fresh. Elizabeth came to meet us to give us our key, and explained everything that we needed. Great communication from her as well throughout all of the booking process. We will definitely stay here again.

Everything was great. It was self contained with a well supplied kitchen and very clean. The bed was comfortable as well. The garden surrounding was beautiful and we loved the nearby farm animals and friendly dogs.

We couldn't get the WiFi to work.

Wonderful location on a working farm. Just great base from which to explore the local area. A welcoming wood fired hot tub was truly bliss to look at the surrounding countryside and night sky. The included breakfast with home made produce was exceptional. Excellent!

There was nowhere to store our luggage and the bed was too narrow for us.

We stayed in the farm pod which was absolutely fabulous.. Quaint little nook with beautiful greenery, all the things you need from a self-catering stay, excellent outdoor hot tub that the owners got going for us before arrival, and yummy breakfast provisions. The picnic add-on was incredibly well thought out with attention to detail and a personal touch. We took the bikes out on one of the tracks to a salmon pond, and spent 2 hours just chilling by the water with the farm dogs! By far the best romantic getaway spot I have ever experienced!

Beautiful location, the Pod was very well furnished (the kitchen included), the bed was really comfortable, the plane was spotless, I would highly recommend it. The hot tub and the fire were definitely the highlights.
