"Superb accommodation with everything you need"

very clean spacious room with facilities (includes fridge) good wifi (it wasn’t working at first but owner called repair right away) The owner is excellent. Can arrange trips to nearby islands, can call taxi for you or rent a very good motorbike for nice price

The location of Lipa Noi is quite remote and there’s not much to do, but on the other hand you really feel like a local there.

"Great location, clean and beautiful views!"

It was a great location for our travel day off the ferry, we arrived in late so needed somewhere close! They greeted us very nicely on arrival and showed us to our room! Which was lovely, clean, and had a view of the beautiful lake, also had a lovely pool too! There were a few restaurants close by and a 7/11 which was ideal.

It wasn’t very busy when we were there (in April) so had to message the owner to check in and check out!

"Lovely room just poor location"

Gorgeous rooms and lovely swimming pool in a nice and quiet location

Its away from everything and the taxis were a bit pricey to get to where you wanted to go and from the main pier. The owner also waited until we paid to tell us that there was not going to be any electricity the next day for majority of the day and failed to mention thered also be no water at all.
