very nice swimming pool, nice village around with all conveniencies and good restaurants. Lipa Noi area is calmer and cheaper than other parts of the island, with very nice sunsets.

the Air Conditioning system is too old and noisy

Stunning idyllic property away from the busy hustle and bustle of Koh Samui

the place we stayed in was stunning, lovely views of the lake. House was clean and aircon in all rooms and a fan in the living space. Good kitchen facilities comfy sofa and chairs outside to sit in . The pool was a lovely area to relax in and there was a good restaurant across the road with delicious cheap food! Also a 7/11 down the road too.

Our apartment had a bedroom with two beds in and a separate room with one bed in which smelt a little bit dusty - but the room was clean and comfortable so not much to worry about

I really liked the place, calm, quiet. resort in an exclusive location, with an exclusive design. large, clean pool. nearby is a small town with a shop and a cafe. we recommend coming with a scooter, as we did not see a rental point around. near the sea, we recommend it to those who want peace

the only problem is the administrator, because he is almost never there. if there is a problem, the administrator is difficult to find.

Very spacious and comfortable room. Beautiful location very secluded so quiet and peaceful. Staff were helpful. Pool was fantastic.

Not much in walking distance. Lots of mosquitos here make sure you have good bug repellent! The water came out in fits and spouts assuming it is a pressure issue due to being on the upper floor the water is constant just very weak every few seconds but it is sufficient enough.
