Saree Lagoon Villa Koh Samui

Saree Lagoon Villa - nice place on Lipa Noi Koh Samui around Novi Butchery. 5 min on motorbike to Lipa Noi, 10 min - Nathon Pier. Helpful staff and awesome nature view.

Good location near the ferry, easy to go there can walk only 800m. 7 eleven, restaurant near by. The owner is nice, can answer question very quick. Have private area such swimming pool, small pool/lake which have duck, fish and bird to enjoy.

the air condition is too noisy, need to fix it.

Everything was great: clean room, super comfy bed, nice pool, beautiful surroundings and a quiet area. Short walk to 7-11, Lipa Noi pier and beach, and nice cafes.

If you book a Deluxe Villa, keep in mind that it is not an actual villa but a deluxe room in a building with several rooms (although they are very private). I was confused at first.

nobody at the reception I waited 45 minutes at the front of the reception calling multiple times the number indicated. no response. I finally saw a house keepers and ask her for check in. she call her boss and the guy came without saying hello and without apologizing. this guy clearly doesn’t care of the customer and doesn’t respect them. the deluxe villa is a joke. it’s just a room with old stuff. the sink of the shower was blocked so we took shower feet in dirty water. pass your way really.

We had a 1 night stay here as a couple, as we were attending a friends birthday not too far from the hotel. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable. Location felt safe. There is not much going on in the area - so it depends on what you are looking for. There was a pool, but we did no have time to check it out. We had dinner in a lovely little family restaurant down the road and overall enjoyed our stay.

If anything - bed was a little on the harder side.

overall the perfect place to stay. except for one tiny thing I can totally recommend this place to everyone.

unfortunately it is located on the other side of the island at which life is going on.

Super clean and spacious room, 10 minutes walk to the pier and very comfy bed. Thank you!

The villa was spotlessly clean during our stay. The beds are big and super comfortable. Sam the driver was very friendly and helpful to us. The villa is close to two beaches and in a quiet location of the island.

It wasn't easy to contact staff at the villa and the office wasn't open in the evening and was empty most of the day too. It would have been better if there is a phone (free of charge) in the accomodation so guests could call staff, or Sam the driver uses Whatsapp so guests could contact him more easily.
