Villa 2br Vermentino Villa located within Cypress Lakes Resort

The property was so run down. Stained carpet, discoloured walls. I would have accepted that had I paid less but the price does not match the state of this villa.

Centrally located in the Hunter, easy access and parking… lovely view and well kept.

Very disappointed! We were there for our 25th wedding anniversary & I specifically looked for a villa with a view of the golf course. When we arrived we were looking at the back of other villas. Yes it was in the fine print that we would be allocated one of the villas available to which I didn’t see so when it comes down to it than yes it is my fault in saying that the advertising for these places are very poor & misleading as in the majority of the photos the villa has a view. I own my own BNB so I know that the advertising is not good enough for this property & it should be much clearer as to which villa you are actually booking. On top of the above my husband sat down to breakfast on Saturday morning & his chair fell through boards of the deck & he has now injured his back. After taking a closer look at the deck the boards are loose & too far apart.

Peace and quiet. The view.

Access to the accommodation. Beds too firm. Not WiFi and outdated . No coffee pods for the outdated coffee machine.

Fully equipped townhouse. Had everything we needed.

The villa was quite large

Very uncomfortable beds with terrible mattress. Foxtel box did not work. Kitchen has a coffee machine but only 1 coffee pod provided for 3 guests! Old condiments, flour, sugar etc found in kitchen cupboard which is very off-putting. Very bad signage to find the villa. The property is dated and needs to be refreshed. Broken and cracked tiles in bathrooms. Lots of "dont do's" texts and emails and they make you take your own garbage to a bin located far away, with no instructions as to where the bins are found.
