Villa 2br Vermentino Villa located within Cypress Lakes Resort

The property was well presented and clean. Everything worked fine though the light above the vanity in the bathroom wasn't working. Having the option of a soft and firm pillow was a nice touch. The kitchen was well stocked with everything necessary.

Our only complaint was that the beds were on the soft side. Particularly the double in the second bedroom

As older ladies, we did cook, so a good frypan would be appreciated. The one you had wasn't great!

Clean. Tidy.

Master bedroom A/C did not warm the room up. Volume on TV/Foxtel was too low and could not go any higher.

Nice location in Pokolbin. Contactless entry and exit. Surrounded by nature. Spacious villa.

Wifi was non functional. Overall a little dated. One bedroom did not have a particularly nice smell.

Location was good

Air conditioning unit in one of the rooms was faulty. The breaker box showed it tagged faulty, which means it was known about by who ever did maintenance. Reported to property manager by SMS who asked if i had it on the right mode, but no response after i told them it didnt even turn on. The price should not have been this high for faulty air con that did not get resolved. The accommodation has also not been inspected for a while as it had dead bugs on the floor, general dust. Overall, it was clean, but it just appeared like it had not been occupied in quite some time as the bugs probably came in after the last clean. Please fix the air con for the next visitors.
