Lovely villa in a beautiful location. Convenient for wineries. Great restaurant within walking distance. Excellent communication from the host and a lovely welcome pack of food and drink which was much appreciated.

The villa is really clean and comfortable and very well equipped. The generous supply of breakfast items plus wine and cheese was much appreciated. The location is fabulous, being so close to the Hunter Valley Gardens. The BBQ and pool area are excellent. Communication with our host was efficient and seamless.

Perhaps some of the screens need attention, as we did encounter some flying insects. That said, our host had provided both Aerogard AND fly spray, addressing the issue! Thanks!

"Exceptional"

Centralised location in Polkobin and nearby to attractions such as Pepper wines and Hunter valley gardens/village. Great chill vibes as we have a clear view of the sunset just at the back of the unit. There is an open view and great scenery too. Tv has Netflix which is a plus for chilling in the accommodation. The breakfast included was great too!

As a note for improvement, it would be nice to have a dryer and washer within the unit itself. Currently, there is only a guest laundry.
