Beautiful Villa in the heart of the Hunter Valley

Location and could split family to separate spaces

Very limited long hanging space for dresses and formal wear re weddings etc.

Our villa was in the quiet part of the Leisure Inn location, yet very central in Pokolbin. Being privately owned, there was special attention to detail which we appreciated - beautiful artworks, exceptional breakfast provisions, bottle of wine, cheese and biscuit platter - more food than we could consume in our 2-night stay; Breakfast: large loaf of bread, more than a dozen eggs, condiments, variety of jams, cereal, oats and bacon rashes. We were given access to interconnecting 2 units - one with a large sitting area and full kitchen. Most spectacular sunsets were on offer too especially when the hills framed the silhouettes of the horses and kangaroos that come out to feed in the evenings. Excellent value for money. Will come back again when we are in Hunter Valley.

We couldn't fault the accomidation ,the cleanliness,the location,the breakfast Overall the presentation of everthing was just perfect.

Nothing at the villa could be faulted.The only issue is the tarred road on the property has massive potholes that need to addressed.That would still not stop me from booking again in the future.

We really appreciated the lovely cheese plate, fresh bread, wine, and fresh breakfast foods. The surrounds are just lovely; so peaceful with lots of outdoor space and lakes. We enjoyed seeing kangaroos daily and had a friendly duck visit us each morning. The unit was super clean, beds very comfortable, kitchen well set up.

Shower head in 79 kept falling down and arm seemed a little short; might be worth replacing it with a longer arm one so that water spray is further out from wall but water lovely and hot so overall very happy.

Great location, very neat and clean, kitchen stocked with sauces and spreads, loved the breakfast and cheese platter with wine. Kids loved the spa bath and the ducks that came to the door. Very close to Hunter Valley Gardens

We had an amazing stay at this hotel villa. Everything was perfect, from the immaculate rooms to the exceptional service. The breakfast was truly impressive, featuring a variety of fresh bread, jam, butter, eggs, cereals and even a coffee machine for a fresh brew. To top it off, they welcomed us with a delightful wine and cheese board. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

It was cosy, clean and a fully contained villa. Was at the end of the estate so it gave us the privacy we needed. Location was great - so close to everything. We took our two young kids and walked to Hunter Valley Gardens. Also walking distance to cellar doors and cheese! Our hosts left us breakfast for our stay, fresh eggs and bacon and an amazing loaf of sourdough. Surprised with cheese platter and a bottle of red which my husband and I enjoyed after our kids went to bed! Such a wonderful getaway with the family and next time we need a break from city life, we want to stay here again! Thank you for having us and sharing your great property.

We took our 4 grandchildren for the snow time at the gardens. The location was perfect and the children were able to run around outside. The breakfast supplied was superb, it was also very warm and cosy.
