Beautiful Villa in the heart of the Hunter Valley

The breakfast was lovely, the place was very clean and tidy. Very easy to communicate with the host.

Lovely arrangements by Linda the host. The amenities were very thoughtfully chosen so as to suit our family needs as we were staying with a toddler. Ample complimentary food was provided which actually was a lovely surprise. The location us great. Nice wineries and eateries at walking distance. The 12 pm checkout is also something that we have not seen for a long time. Kudos to Linda again for a lovely stay.

Great location and well presented

The property was extremely well kept. We had two units separated by a separating door, and it worked well for our group of 4. The host was extremely thoughtful: fresh tub of butter, 2L of milk in the fridge, fresh bread, a bottle of wine, a cup of chocolates in each unit. It felt like staying on a golf course. We had the pleasure of watching the kangaroos playing on the grassy patch right in front of our window. Close to popular wineries (Audrey Wilkinson is about 10min drive, Peterson House is just down the road, Turrell is close by).

The two quacking ducks that came up to the door to beg for bread (;-)

Wine, milk, ham, eggs, bread, butter, all provided (thank you for that). Very comfortable with pleasant outdoor space and close to cafes, restaurants and wineries. I'd recommend the restaurant and wine tasting at Broken Wood, just 10 minutes walk.

Breakfast was fantastic, the fine details outstanding eg: slippers, chocolates, cheese and biscuits and the wine. All superb

Maybe another loaf of bread for breakfast, 1 loaf for 2 nights just wasn't enough

Absolutely everything! Could not have been any better. The property, facilities, location, everything was amazing.
