"Terrible customer service experience, lost my booking money."

Nothing, its was a terrible experience.

Everything from the start, There was no one to handover the keys, when we called the booking agency we got number of the caretaker who asked us to collect the keys under a lamp and stay inside until he reaches. The location is very bad, there was open gutter just outside the gate which was breeding mosquitos, we observed several guys standing just outside the property which as a safety concern, The pool was not clean, there was no privacy and anyone around would be Abel to view it.The most irritating part was the caller Santana who was very rude and had no empathy. I was traveling to celebrate birthday but this stay was completely ruined by Ekostay, I would never recommend any one to book from Ekostay or booking.com.

The property is just like how it is in the photos. Host was good and allowed us to celebrate my friends birthday over here and also provided us complimentary cake.

"Worth a visit again and mad indian food :)"

The property is sweet and has a lavish vibe to it if we compare to the price we got it for. Would certainly love to recommend my friends and visit this Aqua Villa again. Shout out to the caretaker for always being there for our needs as we do not know anything about Alibaug and he provided us with food options as well as made tea & coffee for us.
