Большая (нас было трое, для троих отличный размер), очень удобно расположенная в двух минутах ходьбы от частного пляжа, вилла. Прекрасно оборудованная кухня, было все, что нужно для удобного приготовления пищи. Очень много полотенец, никаких ограничений. Есть подстилки, можно было полотенца и подстилки с собой не брать). Бассейн показался нам просторным и чистым, в нем плавали с удовольствием. Мы брали машину в аренду, проблем доехать до нескольких магазинов, включая большой супермаркет с неплохим ассортиментом (до него 15 минут), не было. Есть еще пара магазинов, минут 5 до большого seven eleven. Пляж понравился, но мы были не в сезон (в августе), и мы практически были там одни (еще временами появлялось несколько человек вдали). Есть симпатичные кафешки на пляже и не только. Очень красивые закаты на берегу! Особенно хочу отметить волшебного менеджера Луис, которая моментально откликалась в созданном ею чате на все мои вопросы. Еще насчёт машины - сотрудники виллы забронировали для нас машину, привели ее в аэропорт и там же забрали без каких-либо проблем. Объездили весь остров, в итоге наша локация показалась нам самой удачной. В общем, если на Самуи - мы только туда!

Very kind host - Pittaya -, villa that meets all needs. Perfect for a family. Beautiful beach 1 minute away.

Everything was GREAT! Nice and quiet, lovely beach and our host Pittaya took great care of us and provided us with everything we needed.

All the positives mentioned in the other reviews are true: The staff is super attentive, they all reply within a few minutes of every message you send. Especially Louise, a kind and hard-working lady who takes perfect care of the villa. The pool is amazing - huge, not too deep and very refreshing. The aircon is working flawlessly and cools down the rooms efficiently. The kitchen area is clean and sufficiently equipped to cook. There is a brand-new washing machine, which caught us by surprise and is a very useful addition to the facilities. The Western area is the most isolated in Koh Samui: You can't order food from Foodpanda in Lipa Noi, there are no parties and there's not a ton to do. But this is something you embrace, if you decide to stay here and it is perfect to unwind and relax! A few restaurants around (especially Mom's Kitchen & Nanus) serve extremely delicious food.

There's one huge flaw that prevents us from coming back: The beds in both bedrooms are horrible. I don't mean "a bit too hard", they're one of the worst beds we ever slept in... Super hard, springy and just not comfortable at all. We placed a total of three blankets and an extra mattress topper on top of it to make it somewhat better. Please fix this, buy comfy mattresses and we'll come back and update our review! Lipa Noi is a growing areal, so there's constant construction noise (angel grinder squieking) during daytime.

Great villa. Great stuff! There’s lot of additional services that you can use. For example you can order food before you arrive, or you can order massages in the villas. Cleaning is every third day, all necessary things are included in the inventory. You need car if you want to around the island.
