La Digue Holiday Villa

A beautiful little oasis on La Digue. Georgous garden and friendly straff!

The property is on a side road, away from the main road. Over the weekend there may be some noises from the football club close-by. The Manager asked them politely to turn down the noise, but of course they must also celebrate and have fun! We enjoyed the beautiful lush gardens very much. As we love animals, it was very pleasant and relaxing to wake up to bird songs. We also loved all the different dogs and cats that came to visit randomly

Mosquitoes, but that's nature in a warm and humid place. The bedroom had air-conditioning and screens so we could sleep very well. Just avoid the dusk time, when the mosquitoes are most ferocious

Good location, nice pool, beautiful gardens with many flowers/orchids. Can walk in 15 minutes from the jetty. Supermarket and restaurants in walking distance. The Thai cook was really good and delivered our food to the table on our veranda. We didn’t hire bikes but walked to the National Park and Grand/Petite Anse. Plenty of bars to stop on the way for a drink!!

The kitchen was a bit tired, toaster broken, no oven. Mosquitos and flies around at this time of year so we had to buy mosquito coils and fly spray. We didn’t see anyone in reception for 3 days to pay our bill and ask for a new toaster/more loo paper!!

The staff was really helpful. The location in 5 minutes away from the ferry and center.

Don’t pay for the breakfast, you will regret. Poor breakfast for 15 euro.

The bungalows are absolutely beautiful and have amazing beds. Collin was extremely helpful throughout our entire stay, helped us to organise buggys for transport etc. and gave great recommendations. We also loved the simple and delicious breakfast.

We don't have a single complaint.

Amazing villa in a perfect location. Nice garden and pool area. The villa is spacious with a big terrace. Daily cleaning. There is a Thai restaurant with really tasty food. You also get complimentary water. We had an amazing time and would absolutely stay here again!

Ants. You need to make sure not to leave any food out.
