Please inform Villa Ioli Green Bay by TrulyCyprus in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are required to fill and sign a registration form and show a photo ID prior to their check-in. Please note that the room includes free electricity usage of 25 kWh per night. Additional usage will be charged separately, €0.40 per kWh. The meter is read on arrival and departure.

Location

The cleaning was very poor, there were broken tiles in and around the pool, a broken umbrella, and the kitchen equipment was bad — for example, five wine glasses, each a different size. It's a shame, the expectations were high, but... honestly, it was a disappointment because we stayed in the villa next to this one last year, and the difference between the two villas and their management is huge.

Excellent location, only 10’ away from the main road of Protaras where the shops and restaurants are. There is a beach right across and supermarkets. Clean, comfortable and spacious villa. Definitely will come again! Thank you

Contact with company was amazing , keys collected from keysafe .

Shower screens could have been cleaner but we were so pleased with the property. Location and size exceeded expectations. We will definitely recommend and return.

Great place which we all enjoyed a lot. The villa is very spacious, very clean and in a good neighborhood, close to lovely beaches and within walking distance to Capo Grecos stunning nature. The walk to downtown Protaras takes about 30 minutes, although a taxi ride is reasonable. Along with the great stay comes a very good service by the rental company.

The location and the house itself were nice

There wasn’t a disclaimer while booking letting you know you need to put a 500€ deposit on a pre-paid stay.

"Looked great online but failed to live up to expectations."

Location was great

Lack of kitchen equipment, water pressure was low, shower door in middle room broken. Garden was over grown, only one partially broken umbrella to shield from August Sun by pool, air con broke down, aircon remote didn’t work meaning difficult to switch off, no BBQ when pictures clearly showed one, needed to argue with agent before they agreed to provide one. Also be aware this property does not have a safe. We stayed for 3 weeks and only got clean linen after chasing and had to change beds ourselves. Finally be very careful on electric usage as we ended up with a 200+ euro bill for extra usage which was a real shock.
