You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are required to fill and sign a registration form and show a photo ID prior to their check-in. Please note that the room includes free electricity usage of 25 kWh per night. Additional usage will be charged separately, €0.40 per kWh. The meter is read on arrival and departure.

Villa is really cool generally, a lot of space, very good location, close to the beach, 24h shops nearby, landlord is very nice and helpful in case you have any questions of where to go or where to eat

could be a little bit cleaner (e.g. windows)

"Very nice villa good location quite."

Location good really need a car to get around especially in the hottest time of the year very close to main strip in Protaras still a small drive or 20 minute walk. Pool very good very clean.

No sign off the main road for villa or directions. Black marks on white walls in places being fussy quick touch up between let's, BBQ could have been better. Trying to find stuff really very nice Villa.

Nice location (with a car), peaceful surroundings, large villa for a family.

The cleaning was terrible, dirt everywhere, was presented with a brown/yellow towel that was considered clean. There were 3 teaspoons for a villa that supposed to occupy 6 people. Pool tiles are broken and unsafe for kids. Needs renovation asap.

"Great villa in an ideal location"

Very modern and clean, each bedroom with an en suite, pool cleaned twice weekly. Location is perfect in a residential location, we had a car so everything was easily accessible. Would definitely stay here again.

Just some minor things that could do with repair, a few broken tiles around the pool, a very squeaky door leading on to the roof terrace, clothes airer is pretty much broken. Couldn’t see a barbecue as the cupboards were locked, but all these things we considered very minor.
