Fotini Villas

This villa is perfect for a dream vacation! The ground floor is a very spacious living room with open space kitchen and there is also a service bathroom. Upstairs, all 3 bedrooms are spacious, all with a balcony. One bedroom has an en suite bathroom, and the other 2 share a bathroom in the hallway. We received shower towels and beach towels. The kitchen has all the necessary amenities, we didn't lack anything. On the terrace, there is a table for 6 people. The swimming pool is the strong point, it has 4 sun loungers with umbrella. You can walk to the nearest beach in 5 minutes. To the taverns, about 10 minutes on foot. The resort is very quiet, for what Cyprus offers. The host was very responsive, she quickly solved all the problems we encountered. When I return to Cyprus, I will choose the same accommodation. I recommend!

This villa is just amazing! Spacious, clean, with nice and warm pool and outside grill. The kitchen is very well equipped, it has everything you need, comfortable sofas in the living room. The host is kind. Thank you for everything!!!

The accommodation is very close to the beaches (5-10 mins) and the pool with the shower on the terrace was very convenient. Three bedrooms with comfy beds. Available towels for beach as well as regular once was a big plus. Kitchen well equiped, Nespresso coffee machine. Parking slot available. We enjoyed the house and it's privacy. Quiet area (might be different in a high season) even though the shops and restaurants are in walking distance (10mins). We'd love to come back.

Quiet, clean & easily accessible. 20 min drive from Aiya Napa meant we could have our fun & go back to peace & quiet

We have booked 3 villas next to each other as a family of 16 persons. The villas were very comfortable, big and light with AC in every room and shadings on every window. Lots of TV channels to chose from, even Hungarian ones :) 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms upstairs and 1 toilet downstairs. The kitchen was very well-equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, different coffee machines, toaster. Hairdryer, iron, clothes dryer as well as a few socket converters were also available. All villas have nice pool, sun beds and big tables with chairs in the garden, which was perfect to sit the family together. There is also BBQ outside but we have not used it. There is parking lot as well. Lots of towels were provided, even separate ones for the pool Everything was perfect for our stay, highly recommend these villas. Kapparis beach was only 2 mins walk using a shortcut showed by the owner. It is a very nice, quiet beach with a good beach bar to have lunch or dinner. Nearest supermarket is about 10 mins walk.

Fantastic place

The villa and outdoor area was beautiful and very spacious. It was well equipped with everything we needed for a home from home stay. Dimitri was brilliant at accommodating us at short notice and helped us with any query we had. The complex had a very safe and relaxed feel to it and have made plans to come back next year with friends as Dimitri has a few villas on this complex for holiday let which is ideal if you all want to be together but still like your own space. A true gem this place
