Fotini Villas

very nice and spacious villa. the outside space is nice as well, with the pool being decent size. everything in the villa worked just fine and there was good communication from the host. very nice beaches 5 mins walk.

when a property like this is booked for 5+ days, it is a very nice touch to offer cleaning in the middle of the stay. it is not something which is too expensive for the host, can be put as an extra option even, think most people will pay for this.

demetrius is a wonderful host, very helpful, and very communicative. every small problem we had he came and fixed it very fast. the kitchen and facilities were very good for families with kids. 5 min walking from the sea, 2 min drive for cheap and big supermarket. that pool is big. There are great restaurants nearby. this is our second time here and we will return for sure.

Great villa and location...we liked a walking distance to the beach and walking distance to street full of restaurants,small shops...particularly the fact that Paralimni is much less crowded than Protaras or Aya Napa. Villa is only 6km far from crossing to North Cyprus,we done it twice,visited a ghost town -Famagusta. I would recommend to go and see it.All you need is to buy a car insurance at the crossing for your hired car /€20/ . Just a small note that villa is in complex of other villas,hence if your neighbourg decides to have a party,you are having party too :-) it happened only once during our 17 nights stay hence we could live with it. Biggest plus of this place is the owner,Dimitris.He was just a message away , nothing was a problem and during our last day he even let us stayed at other villa, as our flight was late at evening. We stayed in villas around the world but I can say that Dimitris is the owner with all stars! In summary, the place has everything /and more / you will need for your short or long stay. You won't be dissapointed. Thank you for fantastic stay x

Great location, close to the beach, restaurants and easy access from the motorway. Spacious house, with big enough swimming pool for a family and great to have two bathrooms too. Had enough towels too.

Washing machine needed a good cleaning before we could use it. Could have more cutlery and new frying pans

The property was lovely. Was based in a lovely area surrounded by other villas , on top of that the villa also was bigger than expected. Very clean upon arrival and was a lovely place to stay. The host provided fast and prompt replies and even came to check up on us on a few times which was nice of him

The two issues we faced as a group where the ac in the master bedroom started to leak due to it blocking because of the usage and heat. However it was quickly dealt with by the host which was perfect and a minor inconvenience. The other issue was the bed edges were quite pointy and we would occasionally brush our legs across them which is a small thing too

Great host, great location. Very clean, equipped with all necessary facilities. Mr. Dimitris is a very kind person.
