Spacious and very clean villa in a great location. Very comfy beds and fantastic showers and outside pool area.

Limited tv channels particularly English speaking. Bedside light or reading light in main bedroom would have been useful.

Great apartment! Clean and spacious with a well equipped kitchen. Wonderful pool and cozy outdoor area. Our host was very friendly and helpful. The house is only 5 minutes walk to the first two beautiful beaches, and if you want more, you can just walk along a path along the water on to the next ones (and enjoy the beautiful view along the way). We had rented a car, which is an advantage. The area is still upcoming and we enjoyed the quietness. A perfect match for our family. By car you can quickly drive to the more famous towns such as Protaras (15 min), but we actually liked the small beaches at Paralimni better than, for example, the famous Fig Tree Bay. We highly recommend Fotini Villas and will definitely like to rent the house again if we come back to Cyprus.

the host made us feel comfortable, he waited until we found the villa, 3 min walk from the sea, an amazing house with all the facilities, kids loved it, and the pool was big and great. we want to come again

Dimitri was a great host, very accommodating and easy to reach during our stay. Generously allowed us to stay in another villa on departure day as our flight wasn't until the night time. The property had childrens equipment, such as car seats (which appeared better quality than what we rented from the car hire company), stroller and toilet seat (although this was cracked so not sure it's fit for use now). However the baby gate did fail on our visit, becoming unstuck from the banister and therefore unusable - I feel this could be upgraded as it is a matter of safety on hard stairs. We didn't explore the local area as we enjoy Protaras, so had a hire car to access that area instead, however the beach was very close and was within walking distance to restaurants. Supermarket and pharmacy also within walking distance to the villa.

Everything was great! The pool, the sitting area outside, the barbecue, the living room, the tv, bedrooms... Clean house and very nice host!

Waterpressure in the shower was to low
