Lalita Villas Seminyak

We loved the location of the villa and the large sized rooms. Staff were helpful when needed them.

While we loved the location - there was a pack of dogs that lived in the villa next door which would come out barking at the kids which scared them each time. There was absolutely no water pressure in the showers and took a while to get hot water. The photos don’t entirely show the wear and tear of the villa. The main bedroom air conditioner was extremely noisy and made it sounds like there was an ocean inside your room, very very annoying. All the sliding doors would get stuck and would not shut properly. It’s advertised as a 4 bedroom but the 4th bedroom is almost like a 2nd living room with a sofa. I feel like the unit could do with a good clean and the lounge needs a deep clean as quite stained. Needed to ask for a blanket for the sofa bed. We paid nearly $1600 for 4 nights at would probably not stay again.

Was a bit tired could do with some re decorating and only 2 sun loungers around the pool and there were 5 of us

The property was in a good position the rooms were good the bed was comfortable the pool was great .

The only thing was the shower wasn’t good it was hard to adjust the heat it was to hot couldn’t get a happy medium so we just had a cold shower.

Amazing villa in Seminyak. Wonderful location with short walk to the beach and many cafes, restaurants and shops right outside the villa. The villa was spacious, clean and very enjoyable. Fans and aircon in each room kept us cool and we liked the filtered water, daily cleaning and well kept pool.

We all thought the villa was beautiful and very homey

I think some maintenance is needed just on the reallu creaky doors upstairs

No Breakfast but was located within walking distance to shops

Although liveable, could have been a bit more cleaner
