Our family was impressed with the villa stay.

To be really picky, some utensils in the kitchen are rusty and should be replaced. More lights at the pool for night swim would be perfect. Althought we were told it is quite safe in the area, but cannot lock the main living room made us feel a bit worrying. The sink is work but placed a bit too hight.

Large villa, fairly modern design.

Floor very very slippery when wet and not enough mats. I slipped twice and hurt myself quite badly. The pool was a bit slimy and green on the sides and the cacti and grey wall not very attractive. It’s in a bit of disrepair.

Very quiet and in a great area, the pool was fantastic and the aircon was great

Doors didn’t seal no aircon main area one bathroom smelt very bad and no hot water and lost of bugs

The poolside rooms were fantastic and the beds were very comfortable. The location was amazing with access to restaurants and spa facilities close by.

There was no daily housekeeping and the pool was dirty. The outdoor / pool area could do with some maintenance.

Very spacious and tidy villa, we had a great stay with 7 people. Also the special care from Gede was very much appreciated. The swimming pool was nice and big enough.

Over all the villa needs some TLC.( picture are misleading) the pool needs a good clean.- a very good clean ?? We had to ask for fresh towels, 7 night stay - villa was cleaned twice ( 3 attempts) we forgot to leave keys on the 3rd occasion. We had issue with no water at one stage - the response to this issue was slow ( and this was concerning) Staff member Gede was very nice.
