Lalita Villas Seminyak

This is not what you expect. We were greeted with a mould infestation in the villa. The downstairs rooms looks great but so much mould. The inside/upstairs had a stench so bad that we couldn’t handle it and left after 1 night. The kitchen sink was not useable as the pipe went to nothing and would flood the entire kitchen. The pool was very murky and seemed to not be cleaned and ants were everywhere and all through our belongings.

We had a fantastic stay at Lakita Villas Seminyak! The villa was extremely comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, making it a relaxing place to unwind. The location was excellent, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the beach, yet still peaceful and private. The staff were wonderful—friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The bedrooms were all equipped with good air conditioning, which made for a comfortable night's sleep. However, the living area could benefit from air conditioning as it got quite warm, meaning if we were not in the pool we often retreated to the bedrooms to cool off.

The villa was in a great position set back from the street but close to everything The villa was clean and comfortable and spaced out welll for an adult family We were given our privacy but Arye the manager was quick to respond to our messages and very helpful. There were a lot of great food and shopping options close by.

We enjoyed everything

Privacy is great, pool to yourself and anyone staying in your Villa. Big kitchen and open dining with large fans. Air-conditioning is perfect in the rooms.

Location is awesome! The staff are very helpful. Although the villa is older, seems like they have done improvements and the villa is clean.

The location of these villas were superb. I must say, we stayed in the middle villa, and it was not the villa pictured in our booking whatsoever. To meet expectations, I suggest the villas are individually identified so you know which one you're booking. The main door to the downstairs main living area also didn't close/lock which left us feeling a little vulnerable . Otherwise, housekeeping was lovely, the hosts/contact person on site was always extremely friendly and accomodating.

The door not being able to be locked. Be aware the hostel next door on a Fri night does have some type of party and it goes well beyond 10 pm.... its extremely loud if you go to bed early.

This villa was lovely and the staff were amazing and accomodating with absolutely everything! Very spacious and close to everything you need.

The dead animal in the roof that wasn’t removed before we arrived and had soaked into the gyprock. The smell that they tried to cover up using dried coffee and mothballs (the smell was So bad in this room that one of us slept on the couch for 7 nights). The mould right next to the bed heads in the second bedroom, and all through the bathrooms and other areas of the Villa. The general cleanliness of the property. The two external doors that didn't lock. The pool that went green. The lack of willingness to address any of these issues in a timely manner or any reasonable offer of compensation, or even a response to numerous emails.

The location was close to restaurants and the beach.
