Lalita Villas Seminyak

Great location

Overall, the villa felt tired and rundown. Reality didn't meet the presentation from photos online. We all felt a little underwhelmed when we arrived. Although neat and tidy, it just didn't feel very clean. Bathrooms were grimy, lots of mould, not great shower pressure or temperature control, a toilet seat broken, heaps of mosquitoes. Flickering lights, door bell broken, fans didn't work properly (only had 1 speed option, noisy etc) very small security box (barley fit our passports) water filter needed to be replaced throughout our stay. Mattresses and pillows were old and lumpy, linen and towels were all very worn, some marked or stained even though they were cleaned Our villa was positioned below a yoga studio from the hostel next door, which ran several classes from sunrise to sunset everyday, although the noise wasn't offensive, it was intrusive, We all felt like we couldn't hang or talk by the pool or common area..Also not a lot of privacy as they could look directly down and into the villa. (Not all villas in the complex had this issue) Staff were pleasant but miminal. We stayed for a week and in the end we just left the villa for the entire day and only eturned to sleep. We just didn't feel very comfortable in the space and used the facilities at a nearby hotel. This villa is fine for transitioning from one place to the next and only staying for a couple of nights. Location is awesome and great base to explore Seminyak.

The property is in a great location and Staff are always very helpful and very friendly, the villa has lots of blocked sewer problems this holiday, which the team would fix constantly, Mattress on beds need replacing as springs have collapsed in them ,

Mooie ruime open villa met groot zwembad. Bedden waren goed. Gelegen in een rustiger gedeelte van Seminyak. De manager Putu was erg behulpzaam en heeft ons goed geholpen. Wij komen hier zeker vaker terug.

Las habitaciones, y la tranquilidad dentro del bullicio general de la zona.

Hay un pequeño vertedero a escasos metros de la entrada, pero no molesta dentro de la Villa
