The staff were extremely friendly and professional, and made an effort to ensure I felt comfortable. They went above and beyond and refused to even let me clean the mess that I stupidly made by breaking glass cups. The staff were so understanding and literally immediately came to clean it for me. On top of that, they not only assisted me by answering my questions as to where to find specific things, they even offered to go get them for me. The were even cute enough to get a preset for me to celebrate my new role. I can't wait to return.

Location was good, rooms were really good and spacious, good aircon, pool was good temperature

drains were clogged, no hot water, very bad water pressure on showers
