Villa Maviba

The property was really well kept & beautiful as shown in the pictures. Both the Caretakers Dhenz & Wan were outstanding. Dhenz specially was very adjusting and responded to our requests in a positive way.

The main dining area was in the open so was a bit warm during the day

Guswan and Eden made the stay very easy, they we’re accommodating and friendly, The property itself is great and I would recommended booking !

Villa Maviba exceeded our expectation. The rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were well laid, and very comfortable. Dhen and Wan our hosts were fantastic and excellent with communication. They attended the villa every day and made sure we had everything we needed. There was also a security man on site every day at 9pm so we felt safe. We had a good stay, and location was excellent we could walk to local shops with no issues. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

The Villa Maviba team were waiting for us on arrival to give us a rundown on the facilities. Villa Manager Bayu and his team of Made, Den and Wan were absolutely amazing! Nothing was ever a problem for them, and they were available to help whenever we needed them. They were efficient and accommodating to all of our needs, kept the villa clean and tidy, and they were very respectful of our privacy. We were happy for them to be around whenever they needed to do anything because they were such good guys. They provided a birthday cake for my wife's birthday and they whole team came in singing "Happy Birthday" with accompanying guitar! So awesome!! The breakfasts the guys cooked for us in the villa (great kitchen with everything we needed including a filtered water cooler) were exceptional and great value, the pool was awesome, the grounds well kept, and the rooms were stunning. We always felt safe in the Villa and even walking down the driveway at night. Circle K and Alphamart only a couple of minutes walk, and there are some nice places to eat close by (walking distance). We are very grateful for the exceptional service provided by Bayu and his team of Made, Den and Wan, we miss them already and would happily return to Villa Maviba.

Nothing we "didn't like". A few mosquitos, but that's out of their control, and they did provide us with bug spray and insect repellent which was effective. It was a little stressful having to pay the deposit via bank transfer, but all worked out just fine. Utami was very helpful.

The property is well set in a great location. The staff are very accommodating and helpful. I love the rooms and bathrooms well stocked.

The kitchen is a little dated and not fully equipped with utensils for cooking, cleaning, etc. More utensils, cooking and cleaning equipment would be really useful especially for a larger family staying.

Everything was great. Rooms were spacious. The whole villa was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff were very professional and helpful. There was a security guard who would be there from 9pm-5am. So it felt safe.

Pool could have been heated. Some days in July can be cooler which is when we visited. There isn’t a door that closes off the dining and kitchen area from the pool and outdoor area. As a result some possum sort of animals used to come every night and raid the bin, create mess and opened up packed snacks etc. perhaps close that are off. There weren’t any sofas where you could sit with family and relax. There were egg chairs sort of thing but not enough for the six of us.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Maviba. It was great to find a villa with enough space for our group to enjoy. The bedrooms in particular were very spacious and clean. The villa was walking distance to some of the restaurants and shops in Seminyak.

The location was a bit far if wanting to travel to the beach side of Seminyak, where some of the more well-known restaurants and bars are.

Greeted with drink on arrival. Provided with a folder with very helpful info. Booked a driver through the Villa which went very smoothly. Friendly staff

Out a few times after 9pm and never saw the security guard we were told was there from 9pm to 4 am
