"Lovely villa nice staff"

Beautiful villa, bathrooms and pool amazing

Asked for a late checkout as they had no booking after us, wanted to charge us for a half day. Was very disappointed in this as anywhere we have previously stayed they are happy to accommodate you for a few hours extra for free.

"Great private villa with attentive staff"

A great villa with very friendly and responsive staff. We stayed there as a group of 8 adults. The villa staff were easily accessible via WhatsApp. Bayu was the villa manager and he took great care of us, he was always quick to respond to our queries. The villa was very clean, loved that each room had a cute ensuite. The pool was always kept clean, with daily cleans. The cleaner was also very considerate, they would contact us to see if we needed anything extra. At night there was a security guard who was within reach had we needed him. We definitely would stay here again when we return, no complaints. Note: we did have to make a 50% deposit prior to our stay, but everything was secure.

"Highly recommend staying here if your in a big group"

The staff were amazing, there on arrival to walk us through the Villa. The Villa was clean and really beautiful. Easy access to get to places, a go jek to bintang markets was around 9 minutes. We requested breakfast for one of our mornings which they asked us exactly what we wanted, they cooked for us, was really lovely. Security is on-site at night time which made us feel safe & secure. The staff were unbelievable- a huge thankyou to them for doing everything they could to make us feel welcome.

Very minor points, pool wasn’t as clear however they were aware and looking doing tests / scheduling it to be cleaned out. Air con wasn’t amazing in all rooms however they worked.

The staff at this Villa, Putra and Bayu went above and beyond to meet our every needs throughout our stay. My friends and I are very pleased with this accommodation. I highly recommend Villa Maviba
