Super Value 3 Bed, Central Seminyak, Walk to Beach

The villa is a great sized villa with a great pool and in a great location. The staff were excellent always keeping both the inside and outside pool area clean all the time.

A couple of the air-conditioning units weren't working very well and the last time we got breakfast every morning, which unfortunately isn't offered anymore.

Lovely Villa in a very quiet location, pool was great in the shade most of the day. Agus did a great job cleaning and a cooking a couple of breakfasts for us. Great coffee shop just two minutes walk away and only 5 minutes walk to the restaraunts, bars and shops

Not easily accessible if you have any trouble walking as it is located down a long alley way, the Air Cond in the main room really struggled during the hotter days, could probably so with a size upgrade

Villa Altius was everything we hoped for and more. Despite our late-night arrival, we were greeted by the villa manager with cool towels, drinks, and breakfast orders taken—such a thoughtful welcome. The villa is enormous, with three huge master bedrooms (each with an ensuite), a large indoor lounge, and an outdoor upstairs lounge perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. The standout was Yuni, who went above and beyond—cooking fresh breakfasts daily, arranging laundry, keeping the villa spotless (even with our 3 young kids!), and noticing small things like having staff pump pool toys before we even asked. The location is amazing—down a peaceful alley so it's incredibly quiet, yet still walking distance to Bintang Supermarket and a short trip to the beach. The pool is large, with a big daybed where we relaxed while the kids swam. Each bedroom and the lounge had smart TVs and great aircon, which made relaxing in the afternoons easy. Fantastic value for such a spacious, clean, and well-run villa. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

The villa is great - big pool, very clean. Agus the guy who looks after the villa is lovely. No washing machine but you can get laundry done around the corner. No oven but hey, who wants to cook with so many restaurants on your doorstep - there is a hob. We arranged airport pick up through the villa management company which was really handy - he sent through a photo of where he was standing to help us find him in the chaos that is the pick up area. Fantastic villa in great area - walk to beach and restaurants - easy to get around

Could do with some more sun loungers. The gangway to access the property can be a bit smelly in places but don’t let that put you off - a lot of these villas are up gangways

It was a little hard to locate the property, but that was down to an unreliable location from Google Maps

Pool was awesome, aircon needed a bot of work as the main unit was too small for the property.

Our stay at the Seminyak Villa was excellent. The house was spacious, spotless, and filled with beautiful art. The large pool and prime location made it easy to relax and explore. The staff were always available when needed, and the late-night security added a real sense of safety returning home after dark. Highly recommended.

Everything was fine, nothing we didn't like about the place.

It was lovely to have breakfast cooked for us and the lady was very lovely

No bed in the sun to sun bath, everywhere was in the shade and tree branches kept falling off onto us so too much foliage which also created lots of ants and mosquitoes. I wasn't bitten at all until we moved into this property
