Oma Villa Seminyak - Private Pool In Quiet Central Location

Fantastic location, beautiful outdoor living, large bedrooms

No hot water in one of the rooms. Steep, very steep stairs and the stairs were very wobbly. I reached out and stairs were fixed immediately. Found when emailing the property prior to arriving, found email responses took a while so communication could have been a bit better. I did not have wifi so I did not have the code to enter. Luckily a local contacted the property on my behalf to gain access.

Bali style, great location close to shops, cafe, masssge. Villa organised a driver to and from airport. They organised a makeup and hair ladies for me for a wedding and they were excellent. Staff to clean villa and pool everyday. Had tea and coffee.

The home was lovely, just like the photos. Pool area was great and daily cleaning with fresh clean sheets and towels.

Property is beautiful and not hard to find. Staff were nice. Location is quite good and it’s around a 20ish minute walk to the beach.

Bathrooms could have been cleaner, downstairs top shower head had what looked like mould on it. We were also not allowed to use the pool for an extended amount of time because it had chemicals in it, this should not be the case when we are staying there.

wow ! what a gem. staying at Oma was pretty incredible as I felt like I'm in one of those instagram reels about Bali haha, loved the styling and the overall atmosphere of the villa. One upside is it's big and spacious making it ideal for large groups. It's also super near to the shopping district with amazing restaurants and clubs literally 2 minute walk from the villa. The entire place was clean and each bedroom had a nice scent to it.

I don't really have anything to point out here. The only thing is I wish I had booked a longer stay. It's so centrally located that everything you need is a walking distance.

we saw 3 big rats, the property was rustic but very fragile. Not at all recommended. None of my friends could sleep, rats were everywhere. not good

The road to the villa is too narrow for residents who bring cars

Location was good. Pool was good.

The property was nice to look at - but only from a distance. The bathrooms were not clean during our stay with mould growing in the sinks. We also had animal faeces in multiple bathrooms appear throughout our stay. However the owner of the villa, attempted to solve this issue with traps? though this was difficult as it was local wildlife. There definitely needs to be more put in place to prevent mice coming into the Villa, running through the Villa, and through the building work which disturbed our sleep. When it rained we had a leek in a bedroom which caused damage to my clothes with it being over the wardrobe. The owner did offer to take the clothes to be washed, however we were leaving the next day.
