"Amazing!"

The daily cleaners were amazing! Jenny and Jo in particular were amazing, late one night our fridge stopped working and they stayed and organised a replacement straight away. They worked so hard everyday to ensure the place looked amazing, thank you Jenny and Jo! 😄 Other then that the rooms were spacious, living spaces are great communal areas for everyone to get together. Short walk to cafes, restaurants and shops.

It was incredibly hard to find, it took over an hour for our driver to find where it was as it’s down a back ally and we arrived at night. Jenny did supply a video which ultimately helped to locate it, so my only recommendation would be to ask for the video before hand to give to your driver.

Perfect location, very peaceful in the middle of busy areas in Seminyak.. calming vibes all the way for me and my wife :) Thank you so much for the staff, they really help me so much to set up a romantic dinner for my wife and very very helpful along the way during my stay.. Definitely will come back again soon :)

"Oasis in the mix of the Chaos"

close to everything and yet your own little oasis once you walk down the alley way. great room sizes

a TV would have been a nice added feature but not needed! power kept going out on one half of the villa but staff were very attentive in fixing the matter

"DO NOT BOOK THIS VILLA"

Check in at 7pm and 10pm partly of the house electric unable to open, the light is working but the fan and AC unable to work. Owner send his worker came and they use an stupid excuse said that nearby got a lots of villa therefore the power station couldn’t support. Sleep until 5am and the whole villa don’t have electric supply and water supply. Tried to contact the owner from 7am, but he only replied in WhatsApp at 10am and don’t even call back to me. Owner send his worker came at 10.30am and the worker inform us because the owner didn’t pay for the electricity bill and cause this incident happen. This is definitely unacceptable and the owner is totally not responsible at all when these all happen!
