Villa Una

Almost all great!

I stayed in one of the parts close by the street - it was noisy at night (this was the only down of the entire trip). All my friends sleep perfectly.

The staff deserve a hundred stars. Wayan and Nyoman the housekeeping ladies are so lovely and kind. Ketut the gardener is also lovely and full of helpful suggestions on things to do in the area and beyond. We will miss them! The villa is spotlessly clean and the garden is beyond beautiful. The pool is huge! The location is great- 10 mins walk to seminyak Square with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. I'd definitely stay here again.

There were a lot of mosquitos. I know this can't be helped because it's Bali and there are mosquitos everywhere! Nyoman and wayan did their best, spraying the house every day and providing coils but these are tough mosquitos! Also the A/C in one of the ground floor bedrooms in the main house is in the wrong place and all the cold air is lost. The room was too hot to sleep in for me.

The location is great, easy to walk any restaurant and shopping place,, size is great for family. The staff help us with laundry as the villa have washing machine and place to hang the laundry.

The 2 rooms by the street is very noisy. The wooded wall is not very sealed. Mosquitos are crazy but we did prevent it by having lots of burning mosquitos repalant. Still a lot! We got visit from cats, mouse, squirrels. Always keep the place clean from left over food to prevent more mess. Shower needs to be replaced, bad sewages smells. Need rejuvination overall.

I loved everything. The pool was magnificent, and the villas were spacious. Nyomen and Wayan, our housekeeping ladies, were so friendly and helpful. Made kept the garden looking wonderful, and Ketut answered all our questions and kept the pool clean. I have been visiting Bali every year for the last 10 years,and Villa Una has been the best stay so far.

aircon in each room very old and barley kept the rooms cool … definitely needs updating we come to Bali a lot but the mosquitoes were particularly bad also the living/kitchen area isn’t a sealed area and we had issues with stray cats rummaging through the rubbish nightly

Service was amazing and the villa was just as good great value for money
