Villa Una

Awesome location. Great pool.

Old and rustic. Didn’t lock up main area so alley cats got in to rubbish. Toilet and water pump didn’t function properly and the keeper asked to turn off water while we were all not well and needed the running water. Lots of work men. And asked if we were heading out so they could fix things. We had a full house and chose the big property to hang there. But the crew needed to do repairs during our stay. Which was always and not ok as we had vomitting etc.. the front cabin is very detached too right in busy street and is noisey.

The location of the property is very close to the main strip, which was very convenient as well as having a café across the road for a quick meal. The pool was a good and the property staff where very nice.

I wasn’t a big fan of the bathroom only having three walls and being open to nature and also was a bit surprised when we rocked up to the property and saw that two of the five bedrooms were in their separate little house away from the main property. This created a challenge for the families that had kids with them.

Great location in Seminyak - short walk to restaurants and shops. Thank you to Ketut and your lovely staff - you were wonderful. The villa was really nice. The beds were comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The street noise that could be heard from the front room was quite loud. The guests who stayed in this room had difficulty sleeping.

The location was incredible. Off the main drag for a bit of quiet but such an easy walk to all the cool stuff. Handy cafe across the road for slow mornings. The villa manager and staff were very helpful and accommodating. Organising massages at the house for us was amazing!

Nothing really, but people should know there is a real open to the elements vibe to it which I loved but others might not.

We liked the spacious rooms of the villa, its beautiful outdoor area including a large swimming pool, its perfect location, i.e. close to restaurants, walking distance from the beach, yet away from the hustle and bustle of the center of Seminyak. Last but not least, Ketuk, the villa’s manager, was an asset! We had a warm welcome from him and help with every activity we wanted to organize. He was always at our disposal for any question or problem we had.

The villa, the pool and the garden are exceptional. The house and property is spacious. It is an oasis of green in the area. It is located in the heart of Seminyak, close to all restaurants, shops and 1 km away from the beach. The airco units are renewed and provide proper cooling.

It is an open house. Not all windows and sliding doors can be closed.So mosquito’s are everywhere. But the house has sprays and klamboes for the beds. At night cats are in the garden and sometimes in the kitchen. So you cannot leave any food open in the kitchen area. WiFi is free, but rather slow and not stable. The walls and ceiling are made of wood, so the house is rather noisy. Especially the 2 rooms at the street side are very noisy. There is quite a lot of the street noises (cars, motorcycles and people passing…)

The villa is just a short walk from the main street of restaurants, shops, bars. The swimming pool is a good size for a family and it has a lovely garden.

The street is a short cut for traffic so it is quite noisy at night . The main villa has 3 bedrooms, 1 master and 2 double. There is another building next to the villa that has an additional 2 bedrooms, bathroom with bath. If small children be cautious of the open stairs. The villa needs a good spruce up. Looking tired.

Very specious Villa, good for family. Good staff.
