Villa Una

The location was great, staff we very friendly.

The house was very tired, 2 of the rooms were not located in the house and right by the street. Extremely noisy at night. The house was very open, so there were lots of mosquitoes that you could not keep out. We lost all running water and flushing toilets for 24 hours. We lost all the electricity for 12 hours and were in darkness. The staff were very kind. We moved out after the first night, and I have been trying to claim back the additional nights costs to no avail.

Best thing about this villa is the photos on the Internet. Don’t be fooled ! Staff is friendly swimming pool is deep and large walking distance to shops?

We were really let down by Villa Una. For the price, it’s simply not worth it. The only air-conditioned spaces are the bedrooms—every other area, especially the living room, becomes unbearably hot. The villa feels neglected and in need of proper maintenance. Doors don’t feel secure, and there are visible gaps in the walls and floors, particularly in the upstairs bedroom, which makes you feel exposed. The grounds are large, but that’s about the only positive. Unfortunately, the property is very close to a busy road, so you hear traffic noise constantly, both day and night. There are much newer and better-maintained villas in Bali at a similar or even lower price, offering far better comfort and privacy. Would not recommend this place if you’re looking for peace or value.

This villa is absolutely brilliant. Its in a great location, yes the noise from the road, as mentioned, was a bit noisy but soon forgot all about it. The villa is spacious, the pool was a great bonus as was the water dispenser/cooler. Staff who came to clean etc were very friendly and pleasant, always had a smile on their faces. The garden was very well maintained. Please dont book this villa if you want ultra modern, but if you want somewhere more authentic then get it booked. It was absolutely beautiful. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and also book it again if we go back to Bali. Special shout out to Nuyman, the driver, top man, always happy to drive us wherever 🥰

We all loved the villa

The location was great, the place was perfect for our stay as we are a big family. Most importantly the staffs were all friendly and great: Pak Ketut, Pak Made, Bu Nyoman and Bu Wayan. Thank you all for a pleasant stay and for sure we will be back!

The lightning was a bit dark in some places but overall the place is excellent!

Loved the outdoor feel, older Bali style home. Loved the gardens and big pool for the kids. Rooms were spacious and a/c in the bedrooms were cold. Lots of space for everyone to lounge around and relax. Upstairs space is huge. Handy having a large fridge-freezer and kitchen to utilise during our stay. Water cooler dispenser was much appreciated, as we didn’t have to purchase water. Location was great, a short walk to everything you need, has lots of places to eat including hotspots like Mexicola & Revolver.

No hot water after day 1 but this didn’t bother us as it was hot/humid Bali weather. Expect some water downstairs in parts of the house with downpour of rain in wet season as it’s an open style Balinese house. Can be noisy in the smaller front villa (2rooms) with local traffic at night this didn’t bother us but if your a light sleeper best to choose to sleep in the main house.
