Great well kept Villa in a Quite location but close enough to walk to great restaurants and shopping

Spacious rooms and bathroom. , cozy lounge area. Great storage options in rooms , friendly staff .

Not enough lounging area around pool , pool steps too small and same colour tile , so fell off a couple of times.

Fijn huis met gezellige woonkamer en fraaie tuin met zwembad en drinkwatertap. Met 6 personen toch veel privacy door aparte kamers met eigen sanitair. Midden in het centrum en toch rustig gelegen.

Airco kon de ruimte niet voldoende koelen.

The infinity pool was lovely. Spacious living area with modern decor. Good air conditioning. Friendly staff and they made a special effort on decorating my daughter’s bed with flowers on her birthday. Free pick up at the airport was appreciated.

There was a missing shower screen door in our bedroom and the shower glass was in need of better cleaning . The ceiling above the shower was falling down. I requested a kettle and was provided with a mouldy kettle with build up of calcification inside. Needless to say I didn’t use it. There is a serious need for improvement in overall maintenance of the villa. Our security safe didn’t work. There was some building going on next door causing some occasional noise disturbance. The pool light was very loose with exposed wiring.

Good privacy, great pools very clean, good bali vibes (we had 2 villas), clean, comfortable beds, linen provided, villas clean daily or on request, good communication from staff, friendly staff, good wifi.

Location was a little too far from the main strip for those with mobility issues and the elderly (having to walk very narrow laneways, dirty, not stable underfoot, traffic can get busy.) But Close enough if you have no medical issues. Some of the toilets took multiple flushing attempts, and water pressure for showers very weak. Our 2 villas were not close, which we were aware of, but both villas quite different for the prices being the same.

Location was excellent, especially for a family

main bedroom bed was very hard. We also stayed at a different enternce than on the map, so everytime we orded a car they were sent to the wrong address, often we would lose our car and have to wait longer due to this
