Dim roads leading to villa, Pool not as shown in pics, room a/c was not cooling, furniture's & fixtures outdated, toilets not hygienic, too many mosquitoes in the room . An awful experience. We booked for 3 nights from 24 Nov-27 Nov BUT checked out after first night on 25th Nov. The villa caretaker Asti was informed about the condition she said to get in touch with Nurul the Villa admin. In spite of repeated messages to Nurul for refund we did not get any reply. Please ensure we get refund for 2 nights as i am a regular booking.com client and this episode has left a bad taste in my mouth. I will never consider booking .com till i get my refund as i had to pay thru my nose to stay elsewhere for those 2 nights

Great property, very spacious! Host was great from the beginning, super helpful let us check in early as we arrived earlier than expected. Upon checkout we were able to leave our bags with the driver and he picked us up from nearby beach club whilst waiting to go to airport. Highly recommend staying here, close by to La favela and only short walk or grab to the beach and other beach clubs
