VILLA SCARLET

it was a little confusing collecting the key - i walked in and saw some one else's bags and there was a cleaner in there cleaning. she gave me a key and said to come back after 2pm as she was holding the other peoples bags from 10am (check out time) that was totally fine with me, but it just was a little confusing. came back after 3pm and the other bags were gone and we had the villa to our selves. everything was pretty nice! looked like the pix.

the front door didnt close unless you locked it. the shower went cold pretty quick. you couldn't have 2 people shower 1 after the other. the first person would run out of hot water

everything was very good, villa was nice and quiet with good swimming pool , we really enjoyed our stay.

wifi was slow

The staff very helpful. The proximity of leisure is perfect

the entire property was spotless and everyone involved was so polite offering breakfast cleaning and also transport for cheap prices

The staff were very informative and helpful. The Villa was clean, quiet, safe and comfortable with the Main Street within walking distance. The water machine was a welcome addition. Beds were king sized and super comfortable as were the pillows

Nothing although a Nespresso machine would have been perfect 😍

All are good. Villa is nice, bed is nice, location is good, staff is friendly.

The small garden at bathtub area is a bit dark. Suggest may be can install some lights.
