We liked the location which was quiet and the spacious rooms. The pool was nice

There was mould all over the bathroom ceiling. A floor tile in the bedroom was cracked and we had to tape it up. Also dogs barking opposite through the night. Cracked mirror in bathroom Knives were blunt

The location of the villa is perfectly set, you can sunbathe and enjoy the pool with no onlookers. The kitchen is fully kitted with everything you could possibly need and included complimentary dishwasher tablets, Persil detergent, Washing up liquid and sponge etc. There's enough plates and cutlery for a full family with no issues. The air conditioning worked perfectly in all rooms. The BBQ was a lovely feature and included all the skewers and grill bits you need in the outhouse/shed. We loved that the owner seemed to keep toiletries & extras (sun tan lotion, shower gel etc) which other people had left behind to reuse and save waste. The villa came with complimentary wine from the owner and fresh towels which was a very nice touch! We felt very welcomed and the owner was quick to reply to all messages on the Booking.com app. The local cats are very well cared for in the area and it's really nice to see. The villa has parking available at the side of the villa with designated signs. Do not try to park on the drive, it could be hazardous to your rental vehicle due to the steep incline of the driveway. I also personally liked the touch of needing to insert the key into the slot near the fuse box which meant you couldn't forget to turn the aircon off as I'm quite eco-conscious. We had a lovely experience staying here and would love to return again! There's a few lovely vineyards around which we enjoyed and a local small supermarket up the hill which had most of your needs available - if that fails there's plenty of larger supermarkets in Paphos which is a 25 minute drive away.

The beds are not the most comfortable, they could do with a mattress topper of sorts (to provide more padding) or replacement. One of the beds squeaks quite a lot when tossing and turning through the night but we swapped to the other room and there wasn't a problem.

The house is great with all amenities in place. It was really a pleasure.

The neighbour's dogs across the street did not stop barking 😑 the first night we were there but for some reason it was rather OK the following night and we managed to sleep.

Very clean, spacious, well equipped kitchen and private property. Pool was very cold in March but good enough for a quick dip. Great responsive host, location perfect (car is needed) fantastic value. Would book again

Some very nice touches from the hosts: essential breakfast items provided - even a bottle of local rose wine, firewood for the fireplace was available, and even small firestarter chips were prepared, very quiet area in general except for neighbours' dogs

The house could use a little freshening up overall but the main issue was the neighbour's dog, who is kept outside in a very confined space and was quite anxious and howling through the night on 2-3 nights during our stay.

Only thing we didn’t like was the dogs across the road barking but I know that dogs bark but they are nonstop
