Absolute Beachfront Paradise Villa sleeps 6 with Private Pool on 1200m2 of Tropical Land

This is a fantastic villa, set in beautiful gardens, with a great pool (with easy steps and a good shallow end for kids) and amazing views. The villa amenities are also great, with everything you need. The option of having delicious meals in the villa means you never need to go out. However, it’s only a short walk to the Indomart, restaurants and dive schools, and there are also local restaurants who deliver as well. The staff are wonderful, and everyone in the community who we met were incredibly friendly.

Amazing villa, very tidy, excellent staff. Oka arranged breakfast delivered daily, diving, airport transfers, nothing was a problem. Highly recommended 👌

Optisch ein kleines Stück vom Paradies! Man konnte sich kaum sattsehen an dem Garten (egal ob man sich auf die Terasse gesetzt hat, auf die Poolliegen gelegt oder auf die Liegen im Pavillon mit Blick auf Palmen und Meer). Für Schnorchler ein Traum - direkter Zugang zum Meer (Steine und schwarzer Sand, Badeschuhe empfohlen!) und gute Sicht, viele Fische, sogar Meeresschildkröte…Fußläufig zum Schnorchelspot USAT Liberty. Unbürokratische Kommunikation mit Oka, der uns schnell einen Fahrer organisiert hat. Zimmer, Bäder, Küche sauber und gut ausgestattet.

Der Ort liegt an einer Durchfahrtsstraße (abends im Dunkeln nicht schön um Essen zu gehen) Baulärm nebenan (Bauarbeiter hatten Blick auf den Pool). Ein Abend dicke Rauchwolke im Garten wegen nahegelegener Müllverbrennung.

We love that it was right on the beach and it was a place all to our selves. They were able to provide any meals with advance notice and also very easy to order food from town. Wonderful rooms and great to have a pool and seating by water to enjoy waves. This place has the best sunrises you can imagine. Wow, amazing every morning.

They do have construction going on next door from 8-6 but we were usually out doing something or down by water. We n the other side through open land they must have a party spot because we heard music starting at 5am as well as at night. Recommend going to sleep early and getting up early for sunrise.

Een heerlijke groene plek om tot rust te komen. Het zwembad is geweldig, water is van topkwaliteit. In de zee veel grote stenen, waterschoenen wel noodzakelijk. Neem je snorkelspullen mee want de tropische vissen zijn er in overvloed. Wij gingen ‘s avonds naar amed om te dineren. Was wel wat uit de route. Fantastische bedden. Service een dikke 10!

We loved everything so relaxing and quiet the views were amazing couldn't ask for anything better pool was the best .

A door bell would be great to let you know if staff are entering the villa as you don't hear them coming in can be abit shock to see someone there as villa is very private for guests.
