Villa Thetis by Atlantic Places

The location is amazing, great beaches nearby and very good authentic restaurants. Very quiet area. Property is very clean and spacious, all rooms are en-suite, perfect for a large family. The villa rep was very helpful at all times, accommodating all our needs.

Could do with more comfortable outdoor seating on the large balconies upstairs and by the pool. Seating is a little worn out outside. Wifi was not working upstairs.

Poor instruction in the property for lights tv ect A welcome pack with basics washing powder/liquid/salt/pepper/coffee/tea ect would be appreciated even if charged for. A few more Towels.

Spacious, clean.

No hand soaps in any of the bathrooms. No spare pillows anywhere. Arrived after all the shops had shut and no bottled water in the fridge. Not greeted by host and had no idea how to get into the property. No tea towel or washing up liquid for dishes. Bed mattresses not comfortable. Someone came over to cut the grass during our visit and took an eternity. Should be cut between guests.

Beautiful property and easy to arrange everything with hosts. Hosts very responsive to anything we needed.

1 very noisy neighbour. Partying through the night in a family area. Nothing the host could have done about it.

Nothing it was perfect

Great villa with great amenities. Very spacious, light and airy! Huge upstairs terrace too. House was beautifully clean and any questions or needs we had, were met by the maintenance team and Pedro. The pool was lovely and clean, loved the gentleness of the salt water rather than chlorinated. Uber is a huge thing in Albufiera so we used it most days to get into the Old Town for dinner etc. It was only between 4 and 5 euros each way. Great value. We paid to have the pool heated and it was worth every penny for our young children. Shutters in the rooms ensured we all got a great sleep as it was nice and dark. The Praia Grande restaurant down the road did exceptional seafood. The prawns and seabass were to die for. The other meals were fairly basic. But definitely worth it for the seafood, and also the Sangria!! It was the best we had all week! The sunset on the terrace was also beautiful!

The sofa could do with being replaced. It's starting to be quite bobbly. We would have really liked to have some kids plastic plates and adult plastic plates and cups etc for using outside near the pool area. It would also of been helpful to have more chairs for outside dining. There were 4 chairs and 8 of us. Only other suggestion we would make, would be to have one double room and single bed room on each floor. We had young children staying with us, so we would have been more comfortable having a room next to our children's rooms. We were a party of two families with 2 children each.

This was the nicest villa I have stayed in. It is a quick walk to the beach and restuarants.

Before booking the Villa I saw some reviews that was a little concerning but I was completely blown off with the Villa. It looked like it was freshly painted, the refrigerator looked new, it had a salt water pool wich I loved. I asked the Property Manager if the property was for sale and he mentioned that's not the case anymore. We walked to the beautiful beach⛱️. I couldn't believe it how close it was. The beach had a restaurant but it was closed for the season. Everything is so close by including the Marina we're you can take private cruises to see the beautiful Algarve coast. The food was excellent, all we ate was fresh fish and seafood. I will definitely be back.

The Weather this time of the year is usually better but I guess we can't complain about high 50's.
