"Amazing villa that is getting a bit outdated."

Excellent spacious bedrooms and huge en suite bathrooms. Pool was excellent and cleaned regularly. Table tennis was a good pastime. Aircon didn't work in the kitchen or living area but a fan was provided when we asked.

This villa was once amazing I bet but it's up for sale and it's obvious no money is being spent on renewing appliances. The fridge is old and dated and the kitchen in general had the minimal amount of utensils - most cupboards were actually empty. The garden had not been tended in a long time and it took a full week of our stay until the grass was actually cut. I asked for all the cigarette butts stuck in between the patio tiles to be removed but that wasn't done - small things that take the shine off an excellent villa.

"The villa is in a great location, 10 minute drive to Albufeira Old Town, 5 minute drive to Marina."

The location was great with some lovely restaurants and bars close by. The property was a fantastic size for a family of 8. There is everything you would need at the villa. Very peaceful area, and close to some lovely beaches.

Needs a little updating and a bit of TLC
