Villa miała dużo Łazienek i fajny basen

Het huis was ruim en was voorzien van alle gemakken zoals handdoeken en wc papier. De bedden waren al opgemaakt dus hoefde je alleen bij aankomst wat boodschappen te halen. Er liep ook een hele leuke oranje kat rond (ontzettend lief) die we omgedoopt hebben tot panda. In de omgeving is er meer dan genoeg te doen voor zowel gezinnen als vriendengroepen, en het centrum is dichtbij maar een auto is wel handig om te huren.

Mieliśmy cudowny pobyt w tej willi. Pan gospodarz jest bardzo miły i pomocny, super kontakt 🥰 Piękny basen i przestrzeń wokół basenu, klimatyzacja również działała super. Do centrum jest 25 min spacerkiem. Codziennie odwiedzał nas cudowny kotek, proszę kolejnych wczasowiczów abyście zadbali o niego 🙏 Dziękujemy również za zorganizowanie transportu w dobrej cenie na lotnisko 💖

We had a wonderful stay at Photis’s villa in Ayia Napa! The place was very clean, spacious, and exactly as described. The villa had everything we needed for a comfortable holiday, and the location was perfect. Photis was an amazing host – very friendly, responsive, and always ready to help with any request. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Pool attendant was friendly.

Photos are completely misleading and obviously very outdated. The villa needs to be professionally cleaned and maintained which it clearly has not been, to ensure it is kept to at least an acceptable standard. We were disappointed upon arrival due to the overall poor condition of the villa. Tired decor and old furniture. Missing items such as pool table/sun loungers for all guests/modern furniture/sufficient kitchen utensils/basic kitchen equipment. The pool pump was not working on our arrival where the water was cloudy/dirty. This had a negative impact on our holiday as this should have been checked prior to our arrival. Villa staff were contacted and although pool staff were very friendly, they had to attend to clean the pool practically daily during our holiday to ensure the pool was clean and safe to use and that the pumps continued to work. There is no fountain beside the pool, modern dining table or hammock as advertised. The upstairs bathroom and windows of the property were dirty, in particular, the shower of the upstairs bathroom was heavily stained brown, rusty and the whole bathroom smelled offensive. The toilet seat was also loose/broken. The fridge/freezer was leaking dirty water daily, which posed as a hazard, as well as us having to contantly mop. No cleaning services were offered during our stay. Upon check-in, we were told that there would be a charge for extra electricity used over the 'daily allowance'. This was not advertised or explained before booking or we would never have booked this villa in the first place.
