"The villa is excellent and the pavletta is kind but the villa owner will scam you through pavletta"

The property was spacious and the beds were comfortable and the location is good near the nissi beach about 8 min walk the Netflix on the tv didn’t have a good sound system

We put the towels in the washer but they weren’t clean we got them out also the number of towels is not alot about 3 in addition they run a scam one of the dining chair tables the wood on the back one of them is poorly glued and when you sit on the chair without resting your back it will break and they will say that it costs 40 eur but they will lower it to 20 eur if you book this villa be aware of the chairs on the dining table and take a video of the villa and ask for more towels because if the towel is not clean they will charge you 10 eur per towel

Great location near the beach, shops and restaurants, the villa is beautiful and well equipped, the beds are comfortable. Everything looks just like in the pictures.

One idea for improvement: a means to rinse off sand before entering the building would be good

"Everything is good about this villa :)"

We were 6 friends at the villa. All facilities in the villa worked perfectly. The location is good- 10 minutes walk near nissi beach. House is clean and communication is very good. The reviews which were about karaoke noise at night - didn’t disturb us at all, nit as high sound as I was expecting :) So, in total, recommend this villa to all!
