Kube Luxury Villas

The property is awesome. Very well equipped villa, with all you might need. The outside of the villa is very nice and set for summer time. The location is great about 5 minutes walk to the beach, few minutes walk to the local supermarket. And a lot of restaurants in a walking distance.

Not really fit for small children. The stairs is pretty stiff and no hand rails on most of it. No any guards near the pool and the pool is pretty deep. We had a terrible problem of cockroaches during our stay. Is seems that all the area was packed with them. I guess it is the season, but it was terrible after sunset

Nice place to stay

Excellent location to beaches and restaurants, very large spacious areas in and around the villa to accommodate large group of guests. high quality furnishings and extremely comfy beds with lovely white bedding and towels. Smart home with lots of great lighting features inside and external. It's quite impressive, really, and will stand the test of time if maintained correctly between quest visits. More on that, as explained. All bed preferences were matched perfectly, and transfers were arranged for us, very responsive to any issues when raised. Brilliant villas! Need attention in few areas to attract returning quests.

1. Cleaning standards unfortunately let this place down. Floors inside and out were not clean when we arrived. I used the mop to clean them, not clean under sofas, beds, furniture etc 😒 this should be done after every guest departs. The bathrooms need more than a light clean, starting to show with build-ups in corners, black mould, etc Change of only 1 bath towel after 8 days is not acceptable. Please leave more towels per guest, which can be washed if you don't want to change them. Lastly, clearners are not very pleasant, came 5hrs late, and expected us to move out of the way, attitude not professional. 2. This is a big one for us, control of cocroaches in and around the villa, firstly they are common in Cyrus and you will see a lot but if controlled correct you don't get them inside your property. We had up to 10 in the kitchen area every night, Needs to be sprayed more frequently, all the walls and rockery areas need to be treated often, we never left doors open so they are getting in somewhere else? They live in drains, so you don't want them walking on food prep areas. We had to bleach the kitchen tops every day. 3. Ants, lots of them, only advise for this, clean up after food preps, and you will keep them at bay The negatives did not spoil our holiday in this villa, and we still had a fantastic time. I'm just not sure how long the condition will last with poor cleaning and be prepared for the cockroach when they run the gauntlet every night

The property was in a good location close to amenities shops and restaurants.

The Villas are exactly as pictured, if not better. The location is fantastic, a short stroll to Nissi Beach and local shops, etc. We went out of season, so many of the shops, etc, were not open, but we were expecting this. The beach was still great. Villa beds were so comfortable. The outside area was fantastic and a great space for all the family. We didn't get pool heating, but the children still played in the pool every day. Villas are stocked with everything you'd need. Staff help and response were great. Andreas was great arranging transport for airport transfer and also for us to get to larger supermarket (there is a smaller one close to villa) All in all, we had the best Christmas at Kube villas and will be back.
