The villa is located near all tourist attractions, shopping markets, and restaurants. The villa is quite morden and clean. We had requested a heated pool and enjoyed spending time in the pool after a long day exploring. The beds were comfortable and rooms air conditioned. There was a game room which was fun. Would book again because we had a great time in a comfortable environment.

Could have benefited with duvets as it was cold at night.

The location was close to everything including the hustle and bustle of the strip. When we arrived, the cleaners were still there to allow us into the villa/show us the lockbox. The pool is well-lit at night. The kitchen is fully stocked with the necessities. The rooms are a decent size. And the villa is spacious. Perfect accommodation for big groups!

No real privacy. People could see into the villa from the street. A little concerning if in a group of just women, but it seemed like a reasonably safe area. The entrance to the villa isn't paved and it felt like I was driving in a third-world country. Although it had just been cleaned we still saw many ants, which was a little worrying. We did buy bug spray in the end but considering they had just finished I was surprised at the number of ants. The housekeeping company is the reason why I can't rate my stay as 10/10. They did not show up even though they were booked ahead of our visit and this was not communicated to us. When we called to chase this up we were told the cleaners were "too busy" to clean our property on the day we wanted it cleaned. Very unprofessional. When they did arrive, they arrived earlier than when we had booked them. I also took a picture of the fact that there was still dust and dirt under the sofas. I was offered a 15% discount with imagine villas in the future but it did leave a sour taste in our mouths. My suggestion is that whoever stays here should look into booking their own cleaning service. The bathrooms need a deep scrub the marks on the floor make the bathrooms look incredibly dirty. You really should sack this company. In addition, the cleaners slammed the door in our faces as we were leaving the property. So that was a lovely end to the trip.
