Location to beach. Comfortable accomodations

There is too many steps to take for access: Booking approval Deposit Payment Security questions (vehicle regos etc) Prebooking questionaire Deposit of bond. Waiting for clearance of new key code. Whilst it was my fault that there was a delay (because I had not come across so many steps before and thought I had completed everything) can this process be simplified with dep paid at the start?

The nearby Claudio pastry shop is to die for.

Information on deposit and registration could have been clearer. We had to drive back into Busselton to register rather than on site.

The clean, open,, family friendly, pools, bbq, and the beach so close.

No bbq outside There was a smell coming from the water pipes There was an appliance alarm going off/ oven or fridge- couldn’t pin point which appliance was making the noise. Maybe the pillow could be upgraded in the room with the king bed.

"Enjoyable stay at escape to 64"

Location is good, close to the beach and 10 minutes drive to Bussleton. The house has good sized rooms for our group of 5 adults. The kitchen, dining and living areas were ideal for our needs.

Bathrooms would benefit from more hand towels for a group of 5. Although there were enough bath towels.
