Villa Aqua Sunrise 1km From Beach With Sea Views

Good villa, large rooms, excellent view of the sea, good sized clean pool, TV with netflix, AC in all rooms on timers, walking distance to restaurants and bars.

Ants were a problem, water pressure in showers was not great, a holiday complex near the villa had loud music most nights, however this was not a big issue as the music did not seem to go past midnight

Great location and the sea view was fabulous. The pool was cleaned regularly

Beautiful villa with a wonderful view, comfortable 3 bedrooms each with a bathroom. The roof terrace is amazing. The owner is helpful and available to answer any questions. I recommend it 100%

sea view and that it is very close to the center, stores resturant beach etc🙏 the pool was great and the balconies. Communcation with the contact person was very good and fast and helpful! He is there when you need it and are kind. sunset and sundown is beautifull, very worth to stay here, you feel like in luxury

The furnitures could be upgraded as they are old The coffee machine doesnt work probably, take 1-2 hours to get coffee and spiders inside! The furnitures outside could very easly be more upgraded and modern ( you can see its old an used alot )! The aprtarmant should have a spare key aswell if something happenes. Its no alarm system , people can just come in from the street ( the lights doesnt work outside ) and its just a gate that you can close and then its very easy to come in to the terrace etc( im thinking of the safety here ). The apartment was not very cleaned when we arrived ( hair etc on the floor). otherwise very nice view, super close to everything etc, just need an upgrade.

The building layout in general was great and the pool was good. Good view.

The bathrooms are in serious need of renovation - the bath had a large area of silicone smeared into it presumably to cover a crack/leak, the rubber bath mat was mouldy and the showers both need new shower curtain setups (both showers have had the shower curtains stuck to the wall and tray using silicone presumably to stop leaks but the curtains are no longer attached to this and should also be replaced as they were dirty/water residue covered).

The property was stunning and in the perfect location close to the amenities . Host was contactable and helpful

Villa location was perfect, 5 mins walk to Coral Bay Strip with all of its attractions. Sea views and views down Paphos coastline from every terrace, ground floor, first floor bedrooms and roof terrace are spectacular. We have stayed in many villas over the years in Coral Bay and this is one of the best. Communication with host also excellent. Highly recommend this villa!

Nothing really to add here. Villa facilities are excellent, everything and more that you would expect or require is catered for. Maybe some more comfortable furniture on that spectacular roof terrace would be a nice addition… but I am just being picky now!

Loved the size of the property and the sea views. Location was great.

Lots of cobwebs, lots of tired equipment and furniture. Not easy to find the property in the dark. Could do with a bigger sign on the gate. For the money it was good value and you make what you want out of a holiday. We still enjoyed.
