Villa Aqua Sunrise 1km From Beach With Sea Views

Spacious villa with great outdoor space, excellent location with amazing views, just a short 5 min walk to Coral Bay restaurants.

The Villa is a bit tired & could do with some updating - bedroom furniture was a bit worn, the washing airer was brittle & falling apart. The pool was a good size but needed a bit of attention as the liner had a hole in it & was lifting up. Someone comes regularly to check the water in the pool but it could also do with a good clean above the water line. We basically knew where the villa was as we’d been to Coral Bay before, but the map takes you to the road below the villa & then it was very easy to miss the little road down to the villa & work out which one it was when arriving in the dark.

Villa has a lovely view of sea. Garden has nice citrus and palm trees, pool nice size with 1 short ladder at deep end. Located only 5 minutes from several useful shops, bars and pharmacy. Local bakery and larger supermarket 5 mins drive away.

Dissappointed that there was no information about local area, attractions or villa appliances etc. Needs someone to take note of items that are broken or need replacing.

The experience from beginning to end was top notch. Andreea, the private host, provided nearly immediate response whenever I reached out. She even face timed with our driver and me to be certain our arrival to the Villa went smoothly. If you give your driver the reference of Aqua Sol it helps. Customer service is spectacular ‼️ Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised that "leftovers" from previous guests remained. There were plenty of spices, olive oil, balsamic, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, etc. Not saying that the same inventory will always be there. A roll of toilet paper was included in each bathroom. The Villa was well equipped with all the cooking utensils and cookware. The WIFI was very strong and was easily able to accommodate three remote workers and streaming music. The location is a 5 minute walk to the Coral Bay strip that provides endless bars, shopping and restaurants. Also close enough to walk to Philippos Supermarket for groceries. They will also deliver you and your groceries back to the Villa. The 615 bus line is very useful to go to Paphos Harbour. Villa Aqua Sunrise provides you a beautiful view of the sea and coast. Lots of sunshine and a good breeze to keep you cool in the hot sun. The pool was amazing and had plenty of loungers and multiple seating areas. Both the pool and the gardens are very well maintained. The best experience was that the Villa is pet friendly. We were able to bring our dog and enjoy our family time together. Thank you Aqua Villa Sunrise for an amazing Holiday‼️

Some items of furniture a little dated, but overall good.

Location was good. Quiet but close enough to amenities. View was amazing especially the sunset every night. Villa was very well equipped. Would not hesitate to stay there again (now we know the correct address!) Local bus service is very good. We were also very lucky with the weather - it was very hot & only 1 day of rain.

We spent 1.5 hrs in transfer cab from airport trying to find the villa as the address given as Coral Bay Avenue appears to be incorrect. Communication with the owner was difficult as the signal was very poor to receive calls/msgs outside. Our driver was in constant contact with his base and knew the area it was most likely to be in but as we didn't have a (house) No. he couldn't find it. We had to go to different villas to see if the key code would work before we were given the (house) No. We eventually got the correct address from a local cab driver one evening after going out which made the rest of our journeys a lot easier! Not a good start but we managed to laugh it off. We were 6 adults so 2 slept in single beds which were not very comfy. Both doubles had nice mattress toppers which singles didn't. Never saw anyone until our last day when money was collected for extension on checkout so a welcome pack would have been nice to explain how things worked, local bus services etc. Nothing too onerous just a few hints & tips 🙂 More hangers too please!

fabulous view, location, pool, size of rooms, deck of master, proximity to awesome supermarket, responsive property managers to requests, close buses to harbour and nice beaches nearby, tours are close

Linen a bit old/stained, beds weren’t comfortable but property managers did seek to fix the issue, extractor fan noisy, air con being on 4hour timers - it just needs a bit of an update overall
