Marvida Villa

Great location, cafes, restaurants and supermarket opposite. Short walk to town with loads of restaurants/beach. Daniel was so helpful and quick to answer any questions I had.

Everything, Villa was spotless, cleaned to a high standard upon arrival, the owner kept in contact with us during our stay, the location was perfect for us as we know that part of town and the locals in Snackcorner and Nico's so it was perfect for us

La maison et sa piscine, l'assistance du propriétaire, très disponible via le réseau whatsapp, le quartier, les quelques commerces à proximité. Prenez comme nous l'option piscine chauffée et louer une voiture dès l'aéroport (pas comme nous et avec regret car très utile dans cette ville avec peu de bus.

Un entretien de certains élements de la maison (une des lumières de chambre à remplacer, la poignée de fenêtre de la cuisine à la limite de s'enlever, quelques condiments et épices (au moins du sel) seraient un plus.

Prachtig, ruim huis voorzien van alle gemakken! Locatie uitstekend. Het contact met Daniel was fijn.

Spotless clean , spacious and comfortable

Quite a long walk to Town / beach - but other than that there is nothing to not like. Taxi rank at end of road.

This is our favourite location as it is in walking distance to the town. There is a nice selection of bars and restaurants with in a 5 minute walk. As we entered the villa you could smell the disinfectant and it was clean throughout. The host provided pool towels which helps if your luggage space is limited. The villa is spacious and the bedrooms have ample wardrobe space. It really helps having a pool cover as it stops the sand from blowing in. The wifi was good.

Very private villa, immaculately clean, comfortable beds. Location is good, it's around 30min walk to the centre 20min to start of the main street. 5 mins to nearest cafes, bars and supermarkets. The villa is very private despite being in built up area, you are not over looked at all. Pool was cool despite being heated but was comfortable enough once you were in. The back garden is a suntrap, and there's also a sun terrace on top of the villa. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay. 3 large bedrooms, all with wardrobes. 1 bedroom has an ensuite, the other 2 have a Juliet bathroom. Both bathrooms are large. The property is very secure also with lockable front gates.

The shower was cold, the hot water didn't last at all. I questioned this when there and told it had never happened before but a few reviews here suggest it has. It wasn't a deal breaker for us, as it wasn't freezing, but not the most comfortable.

This was perfect for us as a family with 3 young children. The location was great with the supermarket just down the road and a 15 minute walk to the centre. Theres are more restuarants just down the street which we went to too. The pool was great for the kids and the villa was spotless when we arrived. Host was very accommodating and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay and would really recommend it to others. We didn't mind that there was no air conditioning as we were provided with electric fans and there was adequate cool air with windows and patio doors open during the day.

Grands espaces intérieurs, grande terrasse. Excellente localisation (sous réserve d'avoir une voiture) en périphérie de la ville, environnement calme, facile de se garer dans la rue, villa à proximité de la grande zone de plages, bar restaurant savoureux et d'excellent rapport qualité prix juste en face dans la rue ("JB"), supérette proche à pied. Communication facile et précise avec l'hôte, très réactif.

En été la villa nécessiterait une climatisation, la chaleur s'accumule à l'intérieur pendant la journée et la nuit ne suffit pas à rafraichir. La piscine nécessite plus d'entretien voire une rénovation.
